What is included in my rental?
Secure Access
When you book a rental with us, you will get much more than just a desk. You will have round-the-clock access to our building during the period of our rental with in-and-out privilege. You can rest easy knowing we operate a safe, secure facility equipped with 24/7 monitoring.

Reception Service
We have a full-time receptionist available Monday to Friday. If you are hosting a meeting, just let us know and our receptionist will be sure to greet and direct your attendees.

High Speed Internet
We offer complimentary high speed satellite internet. No fees and no limitations*.
​
Complimentary coffee, tea, and water
Our kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine and we have a selection of gourmet coffees and teas for you and your guests to enjoy.
Access to kitchen
Our kitchen includes a range (stovetop and oven), microwave, refrigerator, freezer, sink and dishwasher. We also have a vending machine on site with snacks and soft drinks.

Office Supplies
If you forgot something or need to borrow some supplies, just let us know. We are happy to offer charge cords, paper product**, writing utensils and more.

Don't worry about lugging your documents back and forth to our facility. Storage of your work files is available for a small fee. Please contact us to learn more.
